To be eligible for a return, the furniture must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Customized items or furniture that has been assembled may not be eligible for return. Depending on the condition of the returned item, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. For larger furniture items, white-glove delivery services may be available, which includes unpacking, assembly, and placement of the items in the desired room. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct, as we are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.
