We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. You can return any unworn, unwashed, or unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Expedited and express shipping options are also available at checkout for faster delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed, excluding holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the country and do not offer international shipping at this time.
